Abstract (en)

A winding device, especially for conical bobbins, is proposed, a rotatable friction roller setting a bobbin in rotation as a result of friction being proposed. The friction roller consists of a plurality of rotatable elements which are arranged next to one another and which are located on a shaft. One of the elements is connected fixedly in terms of rotation to the shaft, whilst the remaining elements of the friction roller are freely rotatable on the shaft and are connected to one another by means of a differential gear. The differential is designed as a friction-wheel gear. The axes of the friction-wheel gear are perpendicular to the shaft. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Vorgeschlagen wird eine Wickelvorrichtung insbesondere für konische Spulen, wobei eine rotierbare Reibwalze (1) vorgeschlagen wird, die durch Friktion eine Spule in Drehung versetzt. Die Reibwalze (1) besteht aus mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten rotierbaren Elementen (11,12), die auf einer Welle (15) angeordnet sind. Eines der Elemente (12) ist drehfest mit der Welle (15) verbunden, die übrigen Elemente(11) der Reibwalze (1) sind auf der Welle (15) frei drehbar und durch ein Differenzialgetriebe untereinander verbunden. Das Differenzial ist als Reibradgetriebe (2) ausgebildet. Die Achsen des Reibradgetriebes (2) stehen dabei senkrecht zur Welle (15). <IMAGE>
