An electromagnetic door-locking device for locking a door, specifically especially a sliding door, in one of its positions is described. For this purpose, the door-locking device has, on the door (1), a holder (50) with a run-on piece (9). Es wird eine elektromagnetische Türverriegelung zum Verriegeln einer Tür, und zwar insbesondere einer Schiebetür in einer ihrer Endstellungen beschrieben. Die Türverriegelung weist dazu an der Tür (1) einen Halter (50) mit einem Anfahrstück (9) auf. Das Anfahrstück beaufschlagt bei Erreichen einer Türendstellung einen ortsfest angebrachten Endschalter (7), durch den ein zur Verriegelung der Tür vorgesehener Elektromagnet (6) für eine vorbestimmte Zeitdauer aktiviert wird. <IMAGE>
