Abstract (en)
A coin tester for a vending machine has a coin channel 8 which is arranged between two plates 5 and 6. Between the two plates 5 and 6 project projections which have spacings corresponding to the size and position of the coins 19. Furthermore, laterally of the bolts, space remains for non-conforming coins to fall through. Provided in one plate 6, in the region of the particular uppermost coin 19 of a coin stack, are recesses 21, via which can be pushed levers which are pivotably mounted on a further plate 7 and which are pressed outwards in the presence of a coin 19. Consequently, when a coin 19 is located in the region of the lever 22 or the recess 21, the plate 7 can be pushed upwards via a handle and the vending machine actuated correspondingly. <IMAGE>

Eine Münzprüfeinrichtung für einen Automaten weist einen Münzkanal 8 auf, der zwischen zwei Platten 5 und 6 angeordnet ist. Zwischen die beiden Platten 5 und 6 ragen Vorsprünge, die der Größe und Lage der Münzen 19 entsprechende Abstände haben. Seitlich der Bolzen verbleibt ferner Raum für das Durchfallen nicht entsprechender Münzen. In einer Platte 6 sind im Bereich der jeweils obersten Münze 19 eines Münzstapels Ausnehmungen 21 vorgesehen, über die an einer weiteren Platte 7 schwenkbar gelagerte Hebel schiebbar sind, die bei Vorhandensein einer Münze 19 nach außen gedrückt werden. Liegt daher eine Münze 19 im Bereich des Hebels 22 bzw. der Ausnehmung 21, kann die Platte 7 über einen Handgriff nach oben geschoben und der Automat entsprechend betätigt werden. <IMAGE>
