During can exchange on a drawing frame, in order to improve the reliability of the sliver separation in the region of the sliver-guide channel (4) using compressed air, first the sliver supply to the can (10) is stopped, then the aperture of the sliver-guide channel (4) in the rotary plate (5) is freed of pressed-on sliver layers by moving the can (10) and finally a strong compressed air jet is directed into the inlet opening of the sliver guide channel (4), so that this compressed air jet separates the sliver (1) within the sliver-guide channel (4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Um beim Kannenwechsel an einer Strecke die Zuverlässigkeit der Bandtrennung mit Druckluft im Bereich des Bandführungskanals (4) zu verbessern, wird zuerst die Bandlieferung an die Kanne (10) gestoppt, dann die Mündung des Bandführungskanals (4) im Drehteller (5) von angepreßten Faserbandlagen durch Verschieben der Kanne (10) frei gemacht und zum Schluß ein starker Druckluftstrom in die Eintrittsöffnung des Bandführungskanals (4) gelenkt, so daß dieser Druckluftstrom innerhalb des Bandführungskanals (4) das Faserband (1) trennt. <IMAGE>
