Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a process for the continuous production and simultaneous transporting of a pumpable building material (construction material) mixture, such as plaster mortar, containing water and hydraulically bindable solid in a homogeneous mixture. The process is characterised in that solid and water are charged to a mixing chamber, approximately in the central region of its mixing space, with continuous metering of proportional mixture components and are transported using a mixing screw (3) with screw helices (4) circulating around a shaft, in a toroidal material flow, with the build-up of a backpressure. In the process they are mixed, proportional air inclusions emerging from the resulting mixture in the opposite direction to the backpressure gradient and being discharged from the mixing chamber at a point in the mixing space opposite to the transport direction. The process is also characterised in that the material flow of the mixture is transported around a concentric baffle plate (11) at the end of the mixing zone, is charged from circumferential regions of the mixing space into the feed side of a slurry pump (16) and is transported further therein with the build-up of a pump pressure. Ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Herstellung und simultanen Förderung eines Wasser sowie hydraulisch bindungsfähigen Feststoff in homogener Mischung enthaltenden pumpfähigen Baustoffgemisches wie Putzmörtel ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Feststoff und Wasser unter kontinuierlicher Dosierung verhältnismäßiger Mischungssanteile einer Mischkammer etwa im mittleren Bereich ihres Mischraumes aufgegeben und dabei unter Verwendung einer Mischschnecke (3) mit um eine Welle umlaufenden Schneckenwendeln (4) in einer torusförmigen Massenströmung unter Aufbau eines Staudruckes gefördert und dabei gemischt werden, wobei anteilige Lufteinschlüsse in Gegenrichtung des Staudruckgradienten aus der entstehenden Mischung austreten und an einer der Förderrichtung entgegengesetzten Stelle des Mischraumes aus der Mischkammer ausgetragen werden, und daß der Massenstrom der Mischung am Ende der Mischstrecke um eine konzentrische Stauscheibe (11) herumgefördert dabei, aus peripheren Bereichen des Mischraumes in die Aufgabeseite einer Dickstoff-Pumpe (16) eingetragen und darin unter Aufbau eines Pumpdruckes weitergefördert wird.
