Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a method of removing scrap material, for example chips, from machining, in particular shaping workpieces by machining, by means of an air stream which is linked by means of flow paths (14, 16, 18) to at least one generating point (12), at which the scrap material produced there is taken up by the air stream and is entrained, if appropriate, with accompanying substances, such as lubricating, cutting or cooling fluid, and conveyed to a collecting point (20), at which the scrap material is separated from the accompanying substances and the conveying air and is stored until a predetermined storage volume has been reached, the conveying air initially being cleaned and subsequently discharged to the atmosphere. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Ableiten von Bearbeitungsrückständen, wie z. B. Späne, aus der mechanischen Bearbeitung, insbesondere spanende Formgebung von Werkstücken mittels eines Luftstroms, der über Strömungswege (14, 16, 18) mit wenigstens einem Entstehungsort (12) verbunden ist, an welchem die dort angefallenen Rückstände von dem Luftstrom erfaßt und gegebenenfalls mit Begleitstoffen, wie Schmier-, Schneid- oder Kühlflüssigkeit, mitgerissen und zu einem Sammelort (20) gefördert werden, an welchem die Rückstände von den Begleitstoffen und der Förderluft separiert werden und gelagert werden, bis ein vorgegebenes Lagervolumen erreicht ist, wobei die Förderluft zunächst gereinigt und anschließend an die Umgebung abgeführt wird. <IMAGE>
