The implement is constituted by a body (1) of substantially flat shape realised in an elastomer material, or a polymer or a copolymer elastomer, and which is thus relatively flexible at least according to its lie plane, equipped with at least one cleaning edge (7) constituted by a strip of elastomer material of the spongey type and being elastically deformable by compression, and wherein the body (1) and the cleaning edge (7) together realise a structure which has differing relative deformability. <IMAGE>
