Abstract (en)
A suction control valve for a screw compressor is fitted into the suction line which it alternately clears or closes. The suction control valve, which is designed as a double-seat valve, has a closure body (17) assigned to which there are two confronting valve seats, a return-flow seat (7) and an intake seat (9). As the screw compressor starts up, the closure body (17) is pulled, by the suction pressure produced in the process, onto the intake seat (9). As soon as a certain operating pressure is reached, the closure body (17), via a servo-cylinder (10) with a servo-piston (11), is lifted from the intake seat (9) by the pressure medium and moved into an intermediate position between its two seats (7, 9) so that the screw compressor is able to deliver at its full capacity. As soon as the screw compressor is switched off, a weak spring (18) supported on the valve housing (1) forces the closure body (17) onto the back-flow seat (7) and seals this tightly so that neither pressure medium nor oil, injected for lubricating the screw compressor, can flow back into the intake line. <IMAGE>

Ein Ansaugregelventil für einen Schraubenverdichter ist in die Ansaugleitung eingebaut, die es abwechselnd freigibt oder verschließt. Das als Doppelsitzventil ausgebildete Ansaugregelventil hat einen Verschlußkörper (17), dem zwei einander gegenüberliegende Ventilsitze, ein Rückströmsitz (7) und ein Ansaugsitz (9) zugeordnet sind. Beim Anlaufen des Schraubenverdichters wird der Verschlußkörper (17) durch den dabei entstehenden Ansaugdruck auf den Ansaugsitz (9) gezogen. Sobald ein bestimmter Betriebsdruck erreicht ist, wird über einen Stellzylinder (10) mit einem Stellkolben (11) der Verschlußkörper (17) durch das Druckmedium vom Ansaugsitz (9) abgehoben und in eine Zwischenstellung zwischen seinen beiden Sitzen (7,9) gebracht, so daß der Schraubenverdichter voll fördern kann. Sobald der Schraubenverdichter abgestellt wird, drückt eine am Ventilgehäuse (1) abgestützte schwache Feder (18) den Verschlußkörper (17) auf den Rückströmsitz (7) und schließt diesen dicht ab, so daß weder Druckmedium noch zum Schmieren des Schraubenverdichters eingespritztes Öl in die Ansaugleitung zurückströmen kann. <IMAGE>
