Abstract (en)
The lower end of each ball screw (4) is engaged in a zero pitch nut (6) equipped with parallel and horizontal throats (7) intended to receive balls (8) which interact with grooves (9) provided in an end sleeve (10) supported by the screw. A sealing system consists of crowns (19) made of sintered stainless steel which are added to the upper part and to the lower part of the sleeve and are held in position by a profiled gasket made of flexible synthetic material. L'extrémité inférieure de chaque vis à billes (4) est engagée dans un écrou (6) à pas nul équipé de gorges parallèles et horizontales (7) destinées à recevoir des billes (8) qui coopèrent avec des rainures (9) prévues dans un manchon d'extrémité (10) porté par la vis. Un système d'étanchéité est constitué de couronnes (19) en acier inoxydable fritté qui sont rapportées à la partie supérieure et à la partie inférieure du manchon et sont maintenues par un joint profilé en matière synthétique souple. Application aux cuves de lyophilisation. <IMAGE>
