Abstract (en)
Electromagnetic induction heating coil, especially for heating metallurgical products, in which the conductors are cooled with the aid of a tube through which flows a cooling fluid, in thermal contact with the conductors, characterised in that the said conductors (12) are wrapped in at least one ply, helically around the cooling tube (10) so that the said ply exhibits at least one twist of a complete pitch between two electrical terminals of the coil. <IMAGE>

Bobine de chauffage par induction électro-magnétique, notamment pour le chauffage de produits métallurgiques, dans laquelle les conducteurs sont refroidis à l'aide d'un tube dans lequel circule un fluide de refroidissement, au contact thermique des conducteurs, caractérisé en ce que lesdits conducteurs (12) sont enroulés selon au moins une nappe, en hélice autour du tube de refroidissement (10) de manière que ladite nappe présente au moins un vrillage d'un pas complet entre deux bornes électriques de la bobine. <IMAGE>
