[origin: EP0577477A1] Fuel injection system for an internal combustion engine (1) equipping a motor vehicle, comprising a circuit (10) for conveying pressurised fuel from a storage tank (4) as far as the electro-injectors (9), the said circuit (10) including a forcing pump (5), a fuel filter (6) and a pressure regulator (8) driving the return of excess fuel to the said tank (4), characterised in that it comprises a device (8, 3) for monitoring the pressure of the fuel feeding the said electro-injectors (9), the said monitoring device (8, 3) being capable of emitting a warning system when the pressure of the fuel is below a predetermined threshold. <IMAGE>
