Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a secondary radar antenna operating in S mode. <??>The antenna comprises a row of columns (1) of radiating elements fed by a microwave distribution circuit (2) containing a sum channel ( SIGMA ), a difference channel ( DELTA ) and a side lobe elimination channel ( OMEGA ), each producing a radiation pattern. The end columns (G, D) of the antenna produce at least one auxiliary radiation pattern pointing differently from the pattern produced by the sum channel and contribute with the other columns (1) of the antenna to the creation of the other three patterns. <??>Application: secondary radars in S mode communicating with a large number of aircraft per antenna revolution. <IMAGE>

La présente invention concerne une antenne de radar secondaire fonctionnant en mode S. L'antenne comprend une rangée de colonnes (1) d'éléments rayonnants alimentées par un circuit de répartition hyperfréquence (2) contenant une voie somme (Σ), une voie différence (Δ) et une voie de suppression des lobes secondaires (Ω) produisant chacune un diagramme de rayonnement. Les colonnes (G, D) d'extrémité de l'antenne produisent au moins un diagramme de rayonnement auxiliaire dépointé par rapport au diagramme produit par la voie somme et contribuent avec les autres colonnes (1) de l'antenne à la création des trois autres diagrammes. Application : radars secondaires en modes S en communication avec un grand nombre d'avions par tour d'antenne. <IMAGE>
