Abstract (en)

The control device (15) on the warping machine differentiates between being a standstill of the warping machine (25) is triggered by an emergency switching device, for example by a thread regulator (4), or by a control pulse stored in a processor (14), within the framework of the planned production run. Abstract (de)

Die Steuervorrichtung (15) an der Schäranlage unterscheidet, ob ein Stillstand der Schärmaschine (25) durch eine Notschalteinrichtung, beispielsweise durch einen Fadenwächter (4) oder durch einen im Prozessor (14) gespeicherten Steuerimpuls im Rahmen des geplanten Fabrikationsablaufs ausgelöst wird. Jeder Stillstand bewirkt an den Fadenbremsen (3) die Einstellung einer Stillstandsfadenspannung, welche geringer ist als die Betriebsfadenspannung. Bei einem gewollten Stillstand wird jedoch die Stillstandsfadenspannung tiefer eingestellt, als bei einem ungewollten Stillstand. Dadurch kann das Fadenfeld beim gewollten Stillstand auch bei einer grossen Anzahl Spulen (2) mühelos manuell nachgezogen werden. <IMAGE>
