Emballage en forme de sachet tubulaire, en particulier pour produits de soins médicaux, tels que bandes et bandages rigides, consistant en une bande de feuille résistante à base d'un composite formé de plusieurs couches superposées, laquelle se présente, après collage ou soudage de ses extrémités opposées, sous forme d'un tuyau à ligne de joint longitudinale enveloppant le produit d'emballage, et laquelle est scellée aux extrémités par deux lignes de jointures transversales parallèles et présente au moins une aide à l'ouverture pour le déchirage rapide et complet afin d'en prélever le contenu. Au moins une des lignes de joint transversales (1, 2) présente un point faible prédéterminé de manière réglable sous la forme d'une entaille (3) sectionnant la ligne de joint transversale (1) ou (2) seulement sur une partie extérieure de sa largeur. A partir de la zone de cette entaille (3), une ligne d'affaiblissement (4), s'étendant sur toute la longueur de l'emballage (10) est prévue pour le déchirage, le long de laquelle au moins une couche (12) du complexe formant la feuille (14) est munie d'aides au déchirage (5), telles qu'entailles, perforations ou fragilisation thermique et marquage, et au moins la couche externe (11) n'est pas affaiblie.
