Abstract (en)
A known casing (housing) for a solenoid (magnet coil) consists of a housing block made from a metallic material, a recess being provided in this block in order to accommodate a solenoid. An opening, which is used for accommodating a support for a contact element which is connected to the solenoid, is provided in the wall of the casing, transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis of the casing. The opening is surrounded by an annular part which extends away outwards from the wall of the casing and is constructed integrally with said wall of the casing. In order to design such a casing for a solenoid to be of simpler construction and such that it can be produced more easily, the casing is formed by a tube (3) whose interior is used as a recess for accommodating a solenoid. The annular part (14, 13) is formed by a tubular depression in the wall of the tube (3). The depression (14, 13) in the tube (3) is used for accommodating at least one part of the contact support (16) which holds the contact element (19). The significant feature is that the casing is made from a magnetically conductive material. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Gehäuse für eine Magnetspule. Ein bekanntes Gehäuse für eine Magnetspule besteht aus einem Gehäuseblock aus einem metallischen Werkstoff, wobei in diesem Block eine Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme einer Magnetspule vorgesehen ist. Quer zur Längsachse des Gehäuses ist in der Wand des Gehäuses eine Öffnung vorgesehen, die zur Aufnahme eines Trägers für ein mit der Magnetspule verbundenes Kontaktelement dient. Die Öffnung ist von einem sich von der Wand des Gehäuses weg nach außen erstreckenden ringförmigen Teil umgeben, welches einstückig mit der Wand des Gehäuses ausgebildet ist. Um ein solches Gehäuse für eine Magnetspule einfacher im Aufbau zu gestalten und leichter herzustellen, wird das Gehäuse von einem Rohr (3) gebildet, dessen Innenraum als Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme einer Magnetspule dient. Das ringförmige Teil (14, 13) wird von einer rohrförmigen Ausformung der Wand des Rohres (3) gebildet. Die Ausformung (14, 13) des Rohres (3) dient zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines Teiles des das Kontaktelement (19) haltenden Kontaktträgers (16). Von Bedeutung ist, daß das Gehäuse aus einem magnetisch leitenden Werkstoff besteht. <IMAGE>
