An electrical switch has a switching toggle (10) which is supported such that it can rotate, a latching point (18, 19) and a latching mechanism which has a contact lever (15) which can move in a pivoting manner. In order to reduce the number of components, the switching toggle (10) is constructed as a double-armed lever whose first lever arm (12) acts as a switching handle (grip), the contact lever (15) being supported, such that it can rotate by a hinge (14), on the second lever arm (13) of the double-armed lever, in the region of the free end of the second lever arm (13). A latching point (18, 19), in which the contact lever (15) is latched by means of a first spring (22), is located between the switching toggle (10) and the contact lever (15), in the region of the second lever arm (13), the first spring (22) exerting a torque on the contact lever about the bearing point (11) of the switching toggle, and thus producing the contact force. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Ein elektrischer Schalter besitzt ein einen drehbar gelagerten Schaltknebel (10), eine Verklinkungsstelle (18, 19) und einen schwenkbeweglichen Kontakthebel (15) aufweisendes Schaltschloß. Zur Verringerung der Einzelteile ist der Schaltknebel (10) als Doppelarmhebel ausgebildet, dessen erster Hebelarm (12) als Schaltgriff dient, wobei der Kontakthebel (15) am zweiten Hebelarm (13) des Doppelarmhebels im Bereich des freien Endes des zweiten Hebelarmes (13) an einem Gelenk (14) drehbar gelagert ist. Zwischen dem Schaltknebel (10) und dem Kontakthebel (15) befindet sich im Bereich des zweiten Hebelarms (13) eine Verklinkungsstelle (18, 19), in der der Kontakthebel (15) mittels einer ersten Feder (22) verklinkt ist, wobei die erste Feder (22) ein Drehmoment um die Lagerstelle (11) des Schaltknebels auf den Kontakthebel ausübt und somit die Kontaktkraft erzeugt. <IMAGE>
