Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a novel hinge structure for a door of a box and a method of fitting this hinge. According to the invention, a first hinge element (46) of U-shaped cross-section and a rim of L-shaped cross-section possessing a folded-over part (45) are provided on the box, the hinge element being housed in this rim and having a U-shaped flange (53) set (crimped) into the folded-over part. Application especially to the design of letter boxes. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne une nouvelle structure de charnière pour une porte d'un boîtier et un procédé de montage de cette charnière. Selon l'invention, il est prévu sur le boîtier un premier élément de charnière (46) de section en forme de U, et un rebord de section en forme de L possédant un repli (45), l'élément de charnière étant logé dans ce rebord et ayant une aile (53) de la forme en U sertie dans le repli. Application notamment à la conception de boîtes aux lettres. <IMAGE>
