A closure for a medication bottle comprises a sealing element which can be fitted onto the mouth of the medication bottle, is made of polymer material, and is pressed against the mouth by a metal beaded cap (1), the beaded cap (1) being provided with an opening (3) in the region of its base (2) and being severable in the edge region (4) by means of a tear-off tab (5) and being separable from the sealing element on the medication bottle. Inserted into the beaded cap (1), on the inside, is an intermediate base (6) which covers the opening (3) and is made of metal material, the intermediate base (6) having a tear-off section (8) which is at least partially congruent with the opening (3) and is provided with a gripping element (7). <IMAGE>

Verschluß für eine Medikamentenflasche, umfassend ein auf die Mündung der Medikamentenflasche aufsetzbares Dichtelement aus polymerem Werkstoff, das von einer metallischen Bördelkappe (1) an die Mündung gepreßt wird, wobei die Bördelkappe (1) im Bereich ihres Bodens (2) mit einer Durchbrechung (3) versehen und im Randbereich (4) mittels einer Aufreißlasche (5) durchtrennbar und von dem Dichtelement an der Medikamentenflasche separierbar ist. In die Bördelkappe (1) ist innenseitig ein die Durchbrechung (3) überdeckender Zwischenboden (6) aus metallischem Werkstoff eingefügt, wobei der Zwischenboden (6) einen sich zumindest teilweise mit der Durchbrechung (3) überdeckenden und mit einem Griffelement (7) versehenen Ausreißabschnitt (8) aufweist. <IMAGE>
