In order, in the case of multi-storey prefabricated buildings comprising prefabricated unitized units which each exhibit a floor slab with a frame comprising steel profiles, rising column elements at the corners, a top ceiling frame and ready-mounted outer walls on the end sides, to integrate an elevator shaft before installation, the invention provides that the individual unitized units to be stacked one on top of the other exhibit, adjacent to a longitudinal wall (1), rectangular cutouts (7, 15) which are aligned from unitized unit to unitized unit, are located in the floor slab (A1) and in the ceiling slab (B1) and are delimited by a shaft frame (8, 9), and that there are arranged, between the corners of the shaft frames (8, 9), steel profiles (20 to 23) which respectively project up from the floor and ceiling slabs (A1, B1) and have wall claddings (25), located therebetween, on three sides and the elevator door (26, 27) on the access side. <IMAGE>

Um bei mehrgeschossigen Fertighäusern aus vorgefertigten Raumzellen, die jede eine Bodenplatte mit einem Rahmen aus Stahlprofilen, aufsteigenden Säulenelementen an den Ecken, einen oberen Deckenrahmen und stirnseitig bereits fertig montierte Außenwandungen aufweisen, bereits vor der Montage einen Fahrstuhlschacht zu integrieren, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die einzelnen, übereinanderzustapelnden Raumzellen angrenzend an eine Längswandung (1) von Raumzelle zu Raumzelle fluchtend rechteckige Ausnehmungen (7, 15) in der Bodenplatte (A1) und in der Deckenplatte (B1) aufweisen, die von einem Schachtrahmen (8, 9) begrenzt sind und zwischen den Ecken der Schachtrahmen (8, 9) von Boden- und Deckenplatte (A1, B1) jeweils aufragende Stahlprofile (20 bis 23) mit dazwischen liegenden Wandverkleidungen (25) auf drei Seiten und der Fahrstuhltür (26, 27) auf der Zugangsseite angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
