Abstract (en)
During the processing of paper sheets (3) in different consecutive handling machines, it often occurs that the paper sheets (3) leave one machine in transverse format and are to be fed into the next machine in longitudinal format. By means of the device it is possible to rotate individual paper sheets (3) during their transport, with unchanged conveying direction (arrow 8), through an angle of 90 DEG , even at high conveying rates. In the case of the device, in the conveying direction (arrow 8), directly upstream of the conveying strand (23') of a conveyor belt (23), there is arranged a stop roller (22) which is driven counter to the conveying direction (arrow 8) and has a pressure ball (33) in a longitudinal row with pressure balls (25-29) bearing on the conveyor belt (23). Offset laterally with respect to the conveyor belt centre (38) and directly upstream of the stop roller (22) there is provided a drive roller (34) which is driven in the conveying direction (arrow 8) and on which a pressure ball (35) bears with a greater contact pressure than the pressure ball (33) of the stop roller (22). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Beim Verarbeiten von Papierbögen (3) in unterschiedlichen aufeinanderfolgenden Bearbeitungsmaschinen kommt es häufig vor, daß die Papierbögen (3) eine Maschine im Querformat verlassen und in die nächste Maschine im Längsformat eingegeben werden sollen. Mit der Vorrichtung ist es möglich, einzelne Papierbögen (3) während ihres Transportes bei unveränderter Förderrichtung (Pfeil 8) um einen Winkel von 90° auch bei hohen Fördergeschwindigkeiten zu drehen. Bei der Vorrichtung ist in Förderrichtung (Pfeil 8) unmittelbar vor dem Fördertrum (23') eines Förderbandes (23) eine gegen die Förderrichtung (Pfeil 8) angetriebene Stopprolle (22) mit einer Anpreßkugel (33) in einer Längsreihe mit auf dem Förderband (23) aufliegenden Anpreßkugeln (25 - 29) angeordnet. Seitlich versetzt zur Förderbahnmitte (38) und unmittelbar vor der Stopprolle (22) ist eine in Förderrichtung (Pfeil 8) angetriebene Antriebsrolle (34) vorgesehen, auf welcher eine Anpreßkugel (35) mit einem größeren Anpreßdruck aufliegt, als die Anpreßkugel (33) der Stopprolle (22). <IMAGE>
