The invention relates to a baking oven with a cooling-air fan and/or with, arranged inside the baking muffle, a hot-air fan. The aim of the invention is to produce a baking oven, in which universally useable cooling-air or hot-air fan motors are used and consequently the disadvantages of the use of a.c. voltage motors are avoided. The aim is achieved by the use of a collectorless d.c. motor for the fan operation which works according to the wasting principle, the commutating of the stator windings taking place with the aid of magnetic-field-sensitive control elements. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Backofen mit einem Kühlluftgebläse und/oder mit einem innerhalb der Backmuffel angeordneten Heißluftgebläse. Der Erfindung stellt sich das Problem, einen Backofen zu schaffen, bei dem universell einsetzbare Kühlluft- bzw. Heißluftgebläsemotoren Verwendung finden und so die Nachteile des Einsatzes von Wechselspannungsmotoren vermieden werden. Die Lösung des Problems wird durch den Einsatz eines kollektorlosen und nach dem Ausläuferprinzip arbeitenden Gleichstrommotors für den Gebläseantrieb erreicht, wobei die Kommutierung der Statorwicklungen mit Hilfe von magnetfeldempfindlichen Steuerelementen erfolgt. <IMAGE>
