[origin: EP0579074A1] The invention relates to a baking oven with a cooling-air fan and/or with, arranged inside the baking muffle, a hot-air fan. The aim of the invention is to produce a baking oven, in which universally useable cooling-air or hot-air fan motors are used and consequently the disadvantages of the use of a.c. voltage motors are avoided. The aim is achieved by the use of a collectorless d.c. motor for the fan operation which works according to the wasting principle, the commutating of the stator windings taking place with the aid of magnetic-field-sensitive control elements. <IMAGE>
