Abstract (en)
The open ended grooves (3) are diametrically opposite and cut axially with radial sides (3a). The grooves taper lengthwise from the widest at the open end to the narrowest at the closed end and the sides are inclined at an angle (a), with the middle axis (m) on either side of it. There are also two axial stop grooves (2) diametrically opposite and at right angles to the open ended grooves, and a locking pin is inserted through holes (6) in the machine chuck against one or other of these grooves to lock the shaft in position. Raised ribs (5) are formed on the inner face of the chuck exactly matching the grooves (3) in the shaft, and these fit together to form a drive key.

Das Werkzeug für eine Werkzeugaufnahme von Handwerkzeuggeräten weist einen Einspannschaft (1) mit beispielsweise je zwei axial geschlossenen Verriegelungsnuten (2) und axial zum freien Ende des Einspannschaftes (1) hin offenen Drehmitnahmenuten (3) auf. Die Flanken (3a) der Drehmitnahmenuten (3) verlaufen unter einem sich zum freien Ende des Einspannschaftes (1) hin öffnenden Winkel (a), so dass sich die lichte Weite der Drehmitnahmenut zum freien Ende des Einspannschaftes (1) hin vergrössert. Im Zusammenwirken mit entsprechenden Mitnahmeleisten einer Werkzeugaufnahme werden bei einer durch die Schlageinwirkung hervorgerufenen Relativbewegung zwischen Werkzeug und Werkzeugaufnahme die Flanken (3) der Mitnahmenuten (3) von den Flanken der Drehmitnehmer der Werkzeugaufnahme entkoppelt. Aufgrund dieser Entkoppelung wird die Reibung und dadurch der Verschleiss sowohl am Werkzeug als auch an der Werkzeugaufnahme vermindert. <IMAGE>
