The invention relates to a device for securing and changing the position of a cylinder packing of a printing unit cylinder with an axially parallel gap. At least one clamping spindle is provided for clamping a cylinder packing, a shaft having a toothing being engaged with toothings on the clamping spindles, and the shaft comprising a receiver for an adjusting tool on the part facing the gap opening. Clamping spindles (3, 4) are movable by means of an adjusting drive (6, 9; 18), received at the end face of a printing unit cylinder (1), in such a way that a cylinder packing (29) can be clamped in the circumferential direction simultaneously at its leading edge and trailing edge and the position of the cylinder packing (29) on the printing unit cylinder (1) can also be adjusted by means of actuators (16, 19, 20, 22, 23) in a defined manner on at least one of the clamping spindles (3, 4). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Befestigung und zur Lageänderung eines Zylinderaufzuges eines Druckwerkzylinders mit achsparalleler Grube. Es ist mindestens eine Spannspindel zum Spannen eines Zylinderaufzuges vorgesehen, wobei eine Verzahnung aufweisende Welle mit Verzahnungen an den Spannspindeln in Eingriff steht, und die Welle an dem der Grubenöffnung zugewandten Teil eine Aufnahme für ein Verstellwerkzeug umfaßt. Spannspindeln (3, 4) sind über einen an der Stirnseite eines Druckwerkzylinders (1) aufgenommenen Stelltrieb (6, 9; 18) derart bewegbar, daß ein Zylinderaufzug (29) sowohl in Umfangsrichtung an seiner Vorder- und Hinterkante gleichzeitig spannbar als auch die Position des Zylinderaufzuges (29) auf dem Druckwerkzylinder (1) über Stellglieder (16, 19, 20, 22, 23) an mindestens einer der Spannspindeln (3, 4) definiert einstellbar ist. <IMAGE>
