Abstract (en)
In a concrete-conveying arrangement on a concrete-conveying pump (1), a connection conveying line (2) to the multi-part concrete-conveying mast (3), a concrete-conveying mast and a concrete-conveying line (4) integrated on the concrete-conveying mast, a solution is to be found, with which the values of the operating loads and inherent loads according to DIN 24117 no longer have to be multiplied by 1.3 and 1.2 respectively for reasons of safety. This is achieved by installing a tubular accumulator (6) with an internal hose (9) made of polyurethane with a Shore D hardness which is equal to or greater than 27. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Betonverteilersystem an einer Betonförderpumpe (1), einer Verbindungsförderleitung (2) zum mehrteiligen Betonverteilermast (3), einem Betonverteilermast und einer am Betonverteilermast integrierten Betonförderleitung (4) soll eine Lösung gefunden werden, womit die Werte der Betriebslasten und Eigenlasten nach DIN 24117 nicht mehr aus Sicherheitsgründen mit 1,3 bzw. 1,2 multipliziert werden müssen. Dies wird durch den Einbau eines Rohrspeichers (6) mit einem innenliegenden Schlauch (9) aus Polyurethan mit einer Shore D Härte gleich oder größer als 27 erreicht. <IMAGE>
