Abstract (en)
Process for making paper or cardboard having improved retention, in which a polyacrylamide and bentonite are added to the fibrous suspension, characterised in that the polyacrylamide is an amphoteric linear terpolymer and is introduced into the fibrous suspension in the form of a dissolved powder, in a proportion of 0.03 to 1.0 per thousand (0.03 to 1.0 %o), by weight, of the dry weight of the fibrous suspension.
