The apparatus has a drivable satellite carrier (10) which can be rotated about a sun axle (8) and a satellite part (11) which is mounted on the satellite carrier (10) so as to be rotatable about a satellite axle (12) and supports a gripping element (5) for the folding box (1) and a satellite wheel (13) which runs via an intermediate wheel (14) on a fixed sun wheel (15), so that the gripper head circulates on an endless hypocycloidal path which is centred on the sun axle and has a plurality of turning points. An erecting element (17) which comes to rest against the folding box (1) is rotatably mounted on the satellite part (11) and is driven with respect to the gripping element (5) by means of an integral sun wheel (25, 25') and an integral satellite wheel (26, 26') which is mounted so as to rotate with respect to the satellite part (11) about the satellite axle (12). When the sun wheel (25, 25') is stationary and the satellite carrier (10) is rotating, the satellite wheel (26, 26') experiences the same rotation as the satellite part (11). The erecting element (17) supports a drive wheel (28) which is connected in a driven manner to the satellite wheel (26, 26'). To permit rotation of the erecting element (17) with respect to the gripping element (5), the sun wheel (25, 25') can be rotated with respect to the sun wheel (15) and can be controlled with respect to this rotary movement.

Die Vorrichtung besitzt einen um eine Sonnenachse (8) drehbaren und antreibbaren Planetenträger (10) und ein Planetenteil (11), das um eine Planetenachse (12) drehbar am Planetenträger (10) gelagert ist und ein Greiforgan (5) für die Faltschachtel (1) sowie ein Planetenrad (13) trägt, das über ein Zwischenrad (14) an einem feststehenden Sonnenrad (15) abläuft, so daß der Greiferkopf auf einer auf die Sonnenachse zentrierten, in sich geschlossenen Hypozykloidenbahn mit mehreren Umkehrpunkten umläuft. Am Planetenteil (11) ist drehbar ein an der Faltschachtel (1) zur Anlage kommendes Aufrichtorgan (17) gelagert, zu dessen Antrieb relativ zum Greiforgan (5) ein eigenes Sonnenrad (25, 25') und ein eigenes, relativ zum Planetenteil (11) drehbar um die Planetenachse (12) gelagertes Planetenrad (26, 26') dient. Bei Stillstand des Sonnenrades (25, 25') und Drehung des Planetenträgers (10) erfährt das Planetenrad (26, 26') dieselbe Drehung wie das Planetenteil (11). Das Aufrichtorgan (17) trägt ein Antriebsrad (28), das mit dem Planetenrad (26, 26') in Getriebeverbindung steht. Zum Verdrehen des Aufrichtorgans (17) relativ zum Greiforgan (5) ist das Sonnenrad (25, 25') relativ zum Sonnenrad (15 verdrehbar und bezüglich dieser Drehbewegung steuerbar. <IMAGE>
