The invention relates to a procedure for manufacturing a ski which comprises a first stage of preparing a solid core made from synthetic foam and a second stage of assembling the core with the various elements constituting the ski. The first stage consists in injecting or pouring into a mould (6, 60, 62), having the final shape of the core (2) to be obtained, the components of a hardenable and expansible foam (8), during which stage a solid bonding film (5) having good qualities of adhesion with the foam as well as with the elements intended to enter into contact during the second assembly stage is arranged against the walls of the said mould. <IMAGE>

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un ski qui comprend une première étape de préparation d'un noyau solide en mousse synthétique et une seconde étape d'assemblage du noyau avec les différents éléments constituant le ski. La première étape consiste à injecter ou couler dans un moule (6, 60, 62) ayant la forme finale du noyau (2) à obtenir, les composants d'une mousse durcissable et expansible (8) et au cours de laquelle un film solide de collage (5) ayant de bonnes propriétés d'adhésion avec la mousse ainsi qu'avec les éléments destinés à entrer en contact lors de la seconde étape d'assemblage, est disposé contre les parois dudit moule. <IMAGE>
