Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0581664A1] This insulating panel is formed by a plate (2) of insulating material, cast in one piece, with at least one insert (3) for supporting an element (4) for fastening the panel (1) to the wall. An insert (3) is formed by a tubular element (10) positioned in a transverse recess opening out in one of the surfaces of the plate (2) and permitting the passage of the associated fastening element (4). The element (10) has, at its inner end, a support (13) for holding the fastening element (4), formed by a plate embedded within the panel (1). A recess (16) is formed in the plate (2) starting from its opposite surface, in line with each insert (3), in order to permit access to the latter. It is possible to combine with each insert (3) a bushing introduced into the tubular element (10) of the said insert (3) and capable of being displaced coaxially in the latter and of being blocked therein at the desired height so that the part of the said bushing projecting beyond the panel (1), on its surface which is to be attached to the wall to be insulated, makes it possible to correct for the surface evenness of this wall. <IMAGE>
