A motor vehicle headlamp comprising a lamp (10) with two filaments, a first of which (11) is provided with a dish (11a) so as to allow light to pass only over a given angular range, and a second of which (12) has no such dish, a reflector (20) capable of interacting with one or other of the two filaments in order to respectively generate a fog beam and a high (main) beam, and a closure glass (lens). According to the invention, the reflector comprises a first region (20a) whose extent corresponds to the said angular range and which itself generates images of the first filament, all the points of which are situated below a horizontal cut-off, in order to form the fog beam, and a second region (20b) continuously connecting with the first region, the said first and second regions interacting with the second filament to form the high beam. <IMAGE>

Un projecteur de véhicule automobile comprend une lampe (10) à deux filaments dont un premier (11) est pourvu d'une coupelle (11a) de manière à ne laisser passer la lumière que sur une étendue angulaire donnée, et dont un second (12) est dépourvu d'une telle coupelle, un réflecteur (20) apte à coopérer avec l'un ou l'autre des deux filaments pour engendrer respectivement un faisceau antibrouillard et un faisceau de route, et une glace de fermeture. Selon l'invention, le réflecteur comprend une première zone (20a) dont l'étendue correspond à ladite étendue angulaire et qui engendre par elle-même des images du premier filament dont tous les points sont situés au-dessous d'une coupure horizontale, pour former le faisceau antibrouillard, et une seconde zone (20b) se raccordant à la première zone avec continuité, lesdites première et seconde zones coopérant avec le second filament pour former le faisceau de route. <IMAGE>
