[origin: DE4113422A1] The earth borer has an extended bearer (10) with a runway (11) to guide a main carriage (25). The drive device for the main carriage (25) consists of a piston-cylinder unit (27) extending beneath the runway (11) under the main carriage (25), the cylinder (28) of which is supported on the bearer (10) via a joint (29). The piston rod (30) engages with the front end of the main carriage (25). The piston-cylinder unit (27) projects beyond the rear end of the bearer only slightly or not at all.

La foreuse-sol présente un affût allongé (10) avec un chemin de guidage (11) du chariot principal (25). Le mécanisme d'entraînement du chariot principal (25) se compose d'une unité cylindre-piston (27) qui s'étend au-dessous du chemin de guidage (11) sous le chariot principal (25) et dont le cylindre (28) est appuyé contre l'affût (10) par l'intermédiaire d'une articulation (29). La tige de piston (30) vient en contact avec l'extrémité antérieure du glissoir principal (25). L'unité cylindre-piston (27) ne dépasse pas ou sinon que très peu de l'extrémité arrière de l'affût (1).
