Abstract (en)
An apparatus (1) for bending hollow profiles (2) is used, in particular, for the production of spacer frames for panes of insulating glass and has a bending tool (4) or the like which grips that part of the profile (2) which is to be bent and bends it around a bending mandrel (15). At at least one end, the bending mandrel (15) enters a bearing opening (14), the part with the bearing opening (14) and the bending mandrel (15) being adjustable relative to one another in the longitudinal direction of the bending mandrel (15). Abstract (de)
Eine Biegevorrichtung (1) für Hohlprofile (2) dient insbesondere zum Herstellen abstandhaltender Rahmen für Isolierglasscheiben und weist ein Biegewerkzeug (4) oder dergleichen auf, welches das umzubiegende Teil des Profiles (2) erfaßt und um einen 7Biegedorn (15) biegt. Der Biegedorn (15) tritt an wenigstens einem Ende in eine Lageröffnung (14) ein, wobei das die Lageröffnung (14) aufweisende Teil und der Biegedorn (15) relativ zueinander in Längserstreckungsrichtung des Biegedorns (15) verstellbar sind. Der Biegedorn (15) weist an seinem Umfang zueinander beabstandete Ringnuten (19) zum Aufnehmen von rechtwinklig von dem am Biegedorn (15) anliegenden Profilsteg (2a) abstehenden Flanschen (18) auf. <IMAGE>
