A device for improving detergent feed into the tub (1) of a washing machine, washing-drying machine or the like of the type comprising a tray or drawer (7) for containing the detergent, with a pipe (6) connecting the tray (7) to the tub (1) in which a rotary drum in positioned containing the clothes to be treated, comprises at the opening mouth (10) of said pipe (6) into the tub (1) a movable interceptor element (12) arranged to assume at least two working positions, in a first position it closing said mouth (10) and in a second position it freeing at least a part thereof to enable the fed detergent to flow from it into the tub (1). <IMAGE>
