Fan casing, consisting of mutually opposite side parts (1, 2) and a casing jacket (3) which connects these and is arranged on their circumference and on the longitudinal sides of which tabs (7) are designed, which are bent over approximately by 90 DEG in such a manner that they run parallel to the side parts (1, 2) bearing against these, the side parts (1, 2) having in each case on their edge connected to the casing jacket (3) an edge web (4) which is bent off by approximately 90 DEG in the direction of the housing inside and grips around the edge of the casing jacket (3), the tabs (7) consisting of a leg running parallel to the side parts (1, 2) and a base leg (8) which projects from the jacket surface and runs approximately parallel to this, so that in each case a gap is formed between the base legs (8) and the surface of the casing jacket (3), through which the edge web (4) runs. <IMAGE>

Lüftergehäuse, bestehend aus einander gegenüberliegenden Seitenteilen (1, 2) und einem diese verbindenden, an ihrem Umfang angeordneten Gehäusemantel (3), an dessen Längsseiten Laschen (7) ausgebildet sind, die etwa um 90° derart umgebogen sind, daß sie parallel zu den Seitenteilen (1, 2) unter Anlage an diesen verlaufen, wobei die Seitenteile (1, 2) jeweils an ihrem mit dem Gehäusemantel (3) verbundenen Rand einen um ca. 90° in Richtung auf die Gehäuseinnenseite abgebogenen, den Rand des Gehäusemantels (3) umgreifenden Randsteg (4) besitzen, wobei die Laschen (7) aus einem parallel zu den Seitenteilen (1, 2) verlaufenden Schenkel bestehen und einem von der Mantelfläche vorstehenden, etwa parallel zu dieser verlaufenden Basisschenkel (8), so daß zwischen den Basisschenkeln (8) und der Oberfläche des Gehäusemantels (3) jeweils ein Spalt gebildet ist, durch den der Randsteg (4) verläuft. <IMAGE>
