A work lamp is presented in which in order to improve the removal of heat and to prevent the reflector from heating up provision is made of a screen (8, 27, 45) which is designed to be transparent at least in the region where the light impinges on the reflector and which essentially contains entry openings (48) for cooling air which are situated in front of the reflector only at the front end and exit openings (49) for cooling air which are situated behind the reflector. <IMAGE>

Es wird eine Arbeitsleuchte vorgestellt, bei der zur besseren Wärmeabfuhr und zur Vermeidung einer Aufwärmung des Reflektors eine Abschirmung (8, 27, 45) vorgesehen ist, die zumindest im Bereich der Lichtbeaufschlagung des Reflektors transparent ausgebildet ist und im wesentlichen nur stirnseitige, vor dem Reflektor liegende Eintrittsöffnungen (48) und hinter dem Reflektor liegende Austrittsöffnungen (49) für Kühlluft enthält. <IMAGE>
