The invention relates to a counter-pressure filling device for pouring carbonated beverages into bottles or other containers, having a filling mouthpiece (12) with a centring mounting lip (14) for the bottle or container opening; a return gas pipe (4) which extends through the centre of filling mouthpiece, projects downwards below the mouthpiece opening, is provided with a cut-off valve (V3) and is connected to the gas chamber of a filling basin (2); an annular filling channel (15) which is arranged in the filling mouthpiece (12) so as to be concentric with the return gas pipe (4), has a filling valve (V1) assigned to it and is connected via a liquid channel to the liquid in the filling basin; and a gas pipe (17) which is formed in the filling mouthpiece, communicates with the mouthpiece opening and can be used as a preloading pipe, a preevacuation pipe or an unloading pipe, is characterised in that the gas pipe (17) opens out into the mouthpiece opening in an annular gap (19) which surrounds the filling channel in a concentric manner. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gegendruck-Fülleinrichtung zum Abfüllen CO2-haltiger Getränke in Flaschen oder andere Behälter, mit: einem Füllmundstück (12) mit einer zentrierenden Ansetzlippe (14) für die Flaschen- oder Behälteröffnung, einem zentrisch im Füllmundstück verlaufenden, nach unten über die Mundstücköffnung überstehenden Rückgasrohr (4), das mit einem Absperrventil (V3) versehen ist und mit dem Gasraum eines Füllkessels (2) in Verbindung steht, einem im Füllmundstück (12) konzentrisch um das Rückgasrohr (4) herum angeordneten ringförmigen Füllkanal (15), welchem ein Füllventil (V1) zugeordnet ist und der über einen Flüssigkeitskanal mit der Flüssigkeit im Füllkessel verbunden ist, und einer im Füllmundstück gebildeten, mit der Mundstücköffnung kommunizierenden, als Vorspannleitung oder Vorevakuierungsleitung oder Entlastungsleitung verwendbaren Gasleitung (17), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gasleitung (17) in einem den Füllkanal konzentrisch umschließenden Ringspalt (19) zur Mundstücköffnung hin ausmündet. <IMAGE>
