The invention relates to a device for the metering and filling of liquid or pasty products, especially for the filling of sorted products, such as, for example, fruit yoghurt or the like, preferably on multi-track aseptic machines, with a sealing arrangement located in the region of a piston rod (18) of a metering piston (11) and of a plunger rod (21) of a valve slide (13) and taking the form of easily exchangeable sealing bodies. This arrangement and design of the seal of the metering device allows not only good sterilisation and/or cleaning, but also, if a leakage occurs, a further filling of the product or products, without the metering accuracy being impaired. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Dosieren und Abfüllen von flüssigen oder pastösen Produkten, insbesondere zum Abfüllen von sortierten Produkten, wie z. B. Fruchtjoghurt oder dgl., vorzugsweise auf mehrbahnigen Aseptikmaschinen, mit einer Dichtungsanordnung im Bereich einer Kolbenstange (18) eines Dosierkolbens (11) und einer Stößelstange (21) eines Ventilschiebers (13) in Form von leicht auswechselbaren Dichtungskörpern. Diese Anordnung und Ausbildung der Dichtung des Doseurs ermöglicht neben einer guten Sterilisierung und/oder Reinigung auch bei auftretender Leckage ein weiteres Abfüllen des oder der Produkte, ohne daß die Dosiergenauigkeit beeinträchtigt wird. <IMAGE>
