[origin: WO9318220A1] A device comprising a body (1) with a sleeve (2) slidably mounted thereon and attached to a blade which is slidably engaged in a longitudinal slot provided in the body and forming a sheath for said blade. A spring arranged within the sleeve between it and the body holds the blade in a retracted position inside the sheath. The projecting end of the body has four points (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) for positioning the device relative to the needle (A) to be threaded and the thread (f1, f2), and within range of a tip (L) of the blade which may be "unsheathed" by manually moving the sleeve towards said points and said needle so that on the way it engages the thread between the points and leads it through the eye of the needle.

Ce dispositif comporte un corps (1) sur lequel est monté coulissant un manchon (2) auquel est fixée une lame engagée à coulissement dans une fente longitudinale du corps, formant fourreau pour la lame, un ressort disposé dans le manchon, entre celui-ci et le corps, maintenant la lame en position escamotée dans le fourreau. L'extrémité saillante du corps présente quatre doigts (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d) constituant des organes de positionnement du dispositif par rapport à l'aiguille (A), objet de l'enfilage, et du fil à enfiler (f1, f2) à portée d'une lancette (L) que présente la lame et qui est susceptible d'être "dégainée" du fourreau, par déplacement manuel du manchon, en direction des doigts du corps et de l'aiguille, pour faire prise, au passage, sur la position du fil disposé entre les doigts du corps et la conduire au travers du chas de l'aiguille.
