What is illustrated and described is a gas stove with a plurality of open cooking points, with a stove substructure which comprises an open-topped stove trough (1) and has a plurality of burners arranged in the stove trough (1) and connected via a gas-conduit system (4) in the stove trough (1), and with a cooking basin (7) which is removably inserted into the stove trough (1), that is to say suspended in it, serves as a collecting dish and has a burner opening (6) for the burner, the burner having a removable burner head (11) comprising the burner nozzles, a conduit connection piece (12), and also a pilot light burner and temperature sensor. The gas stove according to the invention is improved in terms of cleaning, since the burner head (11) is firmly attached to the cooking basin (7) and closes the burner opening (6), and since the burner head (11) is removable from the conduit connection piece (12) by taking the cooking basin (7) out of the stove trough (1).

Dargestellt und beschrieben ist ein Gasherd mit mehreren offenen Kochstellen, mit einem eine nach oben offene Herdwanne (1) aufweisenden Herdunterbau mit mehreren in der Herdwanne (1) angeordneten, über ein Gas-Leitungssystem (4) in der Herdwanne (1) angeschlossenen Brennern und mit einer in die Herdwanne (1) herausnehmbar eingesetzten, nämlich eingehängten, als Auffangschale dienenden, eine Brenneröffnung (6) für den Brenner aufweisenden Kochmulde (7), wobei der Brenner einen die Brennerdüsen aufweisenden, abnehmbaren Brennerkopf (11), einen Leitungs-Anschlußstutzen (12) sowie einen Zündflammenbrenner und einen Temperatursensor aufweist. Der erfindungsgemäße Gasherd ist reinigungstechnisch verbessert, und zwar dadurch, daß der Brennerkopf (11) an der Kochmulde (7) fest angebracht ist und die Brenneröffnung (6) verschließt und daß der Brennerkopf (11) durch das Herausnehmen der Kochmulde (7) aus der Herdwanne (1) vom Leitungs-Anschlußstutzen (12) abnehmbar ist.
