Abstract (en)

The machine casing (2) of a cushion drill (1) is integrally designed so that all bearing points (12, 14, 15, 25, 26) for the rotor (10) of a motor (9), a rotary drive gearing (23), an impact-mechanism gearing (33) and a rotay drive sleeve (24) are situated in a single part. The latter has merely a mounting opening (6) which can be closed by a cover (7) and is, moreover, easy to seal. The one-part machine casing (2) has the advantage that individual casing parts cannot work loose, that the mutual tolerances of the bearing points are kept low and that with greater rigidity of the casing a weight saving and better handling are obtained. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Das Maschinengehäuse (2) eines Bohrhammers (1) ist einstückig so ausgeführt, daß alle Lagerstellen (12, 14, 15, 25, 26) für den Rotor (10) eines Motors (9), ein Drehantriebsgetriebe (23), ein Schlagwerksgetriebe (33) und eine Drehantriebshülse (24) sich in einem einzigen Teil befinden. Dieses weist lediglich noch eine mit einem Deckel (7) verschließbare Montageöffnung (6) auf, die im übrigen leicht abzudichten ist. Das einteilige Maschinengehäuse (2) hat den Vorteil, daß sich einzelne Gehäuseteile nicht lösen können, daß die Toleranzen der Lagerstellen untereinander gering gehalten werden und daß bei größerer Steifigkeit des Gehäuses eine Gewichtseinsparung und bessere Handhabbarkeit eintritt. <IMAGE>
