Um eine Vorrichtung (100) zum Aufblasen, insbesondere eines Behälters oder eines Schwimmkörpers eines Rettungsgerätes mit Druckgas aus einem mit einer Membran (14) verschlossenen Druckgasbehälter (11), dessen Gasinhalt durch Öffnen der Membran (14) mit einem in dem Gehäuse (10) angeordneten Öffnungsstößel (19) freigegeben wird, und am Öffnungsstößel (19) ein einen Schwenkhebel (25) umfassender Hebeltrieb (24) angreift, der ein Zwischenglied (36) aufweist, auf das auch der Handhebel (42) einwirkt, einfach und mit wenigen Bedienungsschritten sicher in Funktion zu setzen, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Schwenkhebel (25) zweiarmig und um eine gehäusefeste Drehachse (26) schwenkbar ist, daß ein erster Arm (27) des Schwenkhebels (25) mit seinem freien Ende (27a) an einer Feder (30) abgestützt ist, daß ein zweiter Arm (28) des Schwenkhebels (25) an einem Gehäuseanschlag (10a) abgestützt ist, und daß der zweite Arm (28) mit seinem freien Ende (28a) an dem Automatikelement (52) abstütztbar ist, daß das Zwischenglied (36) zweiarmig und um eine gehäusefeste Drehachse (26) schwenkbar ist, daß ein erster Arm (37) des Zwischengliedes (36) an eine Anlagekante (35) anlegbar ist und daß mit dem freien Ende (37a) des ersten Arms (37) des Zwischengliedes (36) der Öffnungsstößel (19) beaufschlagbar ist. <IMAGE>
