Abstract (en)
The collecting container (1) consists of an uncoated stainless-steel tub (2) and an uncoated stainless-steel lid (3), which are thus one hundred per cent recyclable. The entire inner side of the lid has bonded to it a 100% recyclable thermoplastic, and the tub contains an inner lining (4) made of the same material, which is tear-resistant, protects the inner walls against acid and is insulated against residual currents. The vertical and horizontal esges of the tub are supported by corner angles (7) welded on additionally. These angle frames form the load-bearing part of the container construction. To prevent the risk of accidents, the collecting container (1) has a locking device (31), by which the lid (3) can be fixed in the open state. Furthermore, the collecting container (1) has devices for lifting and tilting with a crane and for transportation with a fork-lift truck and on lorries, and for the stacking of at least two collecting containers one on top of the other. <IMAGE>

Der Sammelbehälter (1) besteht aus einer unbeschichteten Edelstahlwanne (2) und einem unbeschichteten Edelstahldeckel (3), die somit hundertprozentig recycelbar sind. Die Innenseite des Deckels ist vollständig mit einem 100%ig recycelbaren Thermoplast beklebt, und die Wanne enthält eine Innenauskleidung (4) aus demselben Material, das reißfest ist, die Innenwände gegen Säure schützt und gegen Restströme isoliert. Die vertikalen und horizontalen Kanten der Wanne werden durch zusätzlich angeschweißte Eckwinkel (7) gestützt. Dieser Winkelrahmen bildet den tragenden Teil der Behälterkonstruktion. Der Sammelbehälter (1) weist zur Verhütung von Unfallgefahr eine Arretierungsvorrichtung (31) auf, durch die der Deckel (3) in geöffnetem Zustand fixiert wird. Ferner weist der Sammelbehälter (1) Vorrichtungen zum Heben und Kippen mit einem Kran und zum Transport mit einem Gabelstapler und auf LKWs und zum Aufeinanderstapeln von wenigstens zwei Sammelbehältern auf. <IMAGE>
