The present invention relates to the use of water-soluble copolymers based on acrylamidoalkylenesulphonic acid, vinylacetamide and, where appropriate, other monomers, containing 5 - 90% by weight of structural units of the formula <IMAGE> in which R<1> is hydrogen or methyl, R<2> is C2-C10-alkylene, preferably C2-C6-alkylene, particularly preferably C4-alkylene and Me is ammonium or an alkali metal ion, 5 - 95% by weight of structural units of the formula <IMAGE> in which R<3> and R<4> are, independently of one another, hydrogen, methyl or ethyl, or R<3> and R<4> together are a propylene group which forms, with inclusion of a radical <IMAGE> a pyrrolidone radical, 0 - 90% by weight of structural units of the formula <IMAGE> in which X is a halogen, preferably chloride, R<5> and R<6> are, independently of one another, C1-C6-alkyl, preferably C1-C3-alkyl, especially methyl or ethyl, and 0 - 90% by weight of structural units of the formula -CHR<7>-CHR<8>- in which R<7> is hydrogen or methyl and R<8> is CONH2, CON(CH3)2, cyano, SO3H, SO3Me, C6H4SO 3H, C6H4SO3Me, CH2SO3H, CH2SO3Me, COOH, COOMe or an ester group COOR where R is C1-C15-alkyl, preferably C1-C8-alkyl, as detergent additive to prevent reuptake of dyes and dye degradation products which have dissolved off.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von wasserlöslichen Copolymeren auf Basis von Acrylamidoalkylensulfonsäure, Vinylacetamid und gegebenenfalls weiteren Monomeren, enthaltend óóó5 - 90 Gew.-% Struktureinheiten der Formel <IMAGE> worin R¹: Wasserstoff oder Methyl, R²: C2-C10-Alkylen, bevorzugt C2-C6-Alkylen, besonders bevorzugt C4-Alkylen und; Me: Ammonium oder ein Alkalimetallion bedeutet, 5 - 95 Gew.-% Struktureinheiten der Formel <IMAGE> worin R³ und R<4> unabhängig voneinander Wasserstoff, Methyl oder Ethyl oder R³ und R<4> zusammen eine Propylengruppe, die unter Einschluß eines Restes <IMAGE> einen Pyrrolidonrest bildet, bedeutet, 0 - 90 Gew.-% Struktureinheiten der Formel <IMAGE> worin X ein Halogen, vorzugsweise Chlorid R<5> und R<6> unabhängig voneinander C1-C6-Alkyl, vorzugsweise C1-C3-Alkyl, insbesondere Methyl oder Ethyl bedeuten und 0 - 90 Gew.-% Struktureinheiten der Formel - CHR<7> - CHR<8> - worin R<7>: Waserstoff oder Methyl und; R<8>: CONH2, CON(CH3)2, Cyano, SO3H, SO3Me, C6H4SO3H, C6H4SO3Me, CH2SO3H, CH2SO3Mr, COOH, COOMe oder eine Estergruppe COOR, wobei R für C1-C15-Alkyl, vorzugsweise C1-C8-Alkyl steht, als Waschmittelzusatz zur Verhinderung des Wiederaufziehens von abgelösten Farbstoffen und Farbstoffabbauprodukten.
