[origin: EP0584716A2] Compressed air is fed to a cylinder (15, 17) which moves parts of a bearing (13, 120) which are attached to a linkage (12, 116) in translation towards pivoting plates (6, 111) provided with a rotary drive and/or is fed to a cylinder (25) which moves a blade (37, 126) and belongs to a device in which the bearings (13, 14; 120, 121) arranged on the pivoting plates (6, 111) accept a new winding shaft and, after the winding process, insert the said shaft into the movable bearings which hold it during the winding process. In this arrangement, the drives (117, 125) have feed lines (127, 132) which are provided with end-located connection pieces (128, 133) and, in the starting and/or intermediate positions, can be coupled to a fixed line (29) supplying compressed air. <IMAGE>
