[origin: WO9220467A1] The device is characterized in that the vibratory mechanism consists of placing pulley assemblies (8-9) (10-11) coupled in pairs by means of belts (13) under the reception table or tables for products to be vibrated and compacted, said pulleys being designed to receive the weights (12) forming unbalance, said weights being placed only on a diametral portion of the pulleys, and in that said pulleys are mounted in pairs (8-10) (9-11) on two shafts (S1-S2) associated with an out-of-phase device capable of causing the rotation of certain pulleys with respect to each other and the orientation of the corresponding weights in order to obtain, according to desired positions, maximum, partial or cancelled vibration phases, one of the shafts (S1) being associated with a motor unit which is always in operation irrespective of the operation phases.

Ce dispositif est remarquable en ce que le mécanisme vibratoire consiste à disposer sous la ou les tables de réception des produits à fibrer et compacter des ensembles de poulies (8-9, 10-11) couplées deux à deux par des courroies (13) et agencées pour recevoir des masses (12) formant balourds, ces masses n'étant disposées que sur une partie diamétrale des poulies, et en ce que lesdites poulies sont montées deux à deux (8-10, 9-11) sur deux arbres (S1-S2) associées à un dispositif de déphasage susceptible de provoquer la rotation de certaines des poulies entre elles et ainsi l'orientation des masses correspondantes pour permettre selon les positions désirées et réalisées des phases de vibration maximales, partielles ou annulées, l'un des arbres (S1) étant associé à un groupe moteur toujours en fonctionnement quelles que soient les phases de fonctionnement.
