Abstract (en)

In a method and a machine for fixing stator packets to the travelways of a magnetic levitation transport system by means of bolts, in which a numerically controlled data processing machine is used for precisely positioning drill holes and depressions on the travelways of the magnetic levitation transport system, there is provision for the machine to produce in each case the drill holes for one stator packet, to be moved along the travelway (A) to be equipped and to orient itself for positioning the drill holes and depressions on the upper edges of the travelway according to the lateral guide rails (a) and one or more of the drill holes, already present, of the adjacent stator packet. <IMAGE>

Abstract (de)

Bei einem Verfahren und einer Maschine zum Befestigen von Statorpaketen an Magnetschwebebahnfahrwegen mittels Verschraubungen, bei dem für die lagegenauen Bohrungen Absenkugen an den Magnetschwebebahnfahrwegen eine EDV/NC-gesteuerte Maschine verwendet wird, ist vorgesehen, daß die Maschine jeweils die Bohrungen für ein Statorpaket ausführt, auf dem auszurüstenden Fahrweg (A) fortbewegt wird und sich bei den Bohrungen und Senkungen in ihrer Einstellung an den Oberkanten des Fahrwegs den Seitenführungsschienen (a) und einem oder mehreren bereits vorhandenen Bohrlöchern des Nachbarstatorpakets orientiert. <IMAGE>
