The invention relates to a plug base for printed circuit boards, in the case of which plug base the plug contacts are soldered to connections on the printed circuit board. In order to be able to solder all the connections between the plug contacts of the base and of the printed circuit board in one soldering process, those connecting tabs of the plug contacts which face the printed circuit board are guided into the vicinity of the front edge of the carrier, which is designed as a plug base, and are thus accessible to the solder bath when the printed circuit board is immersed in said solder bath. Advantageous developments relate to the locking of the printed circuit board (1) with respect to the carrier (2) or base before or after soldering, respectively. In this case, the printed circuit board (1) is seated by means of slots (4 to 7) on the solder tabs (16) which extend parallel to the surface (18) of the carrier (2). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Stecksockel für Leiterplatten, bei dem die Steckkontakte mit Anschlüssen auf der Leiterplatte verlötet sind. Um alle Verbindungen zwischen den Steckkontakten des Sockels und der Leiterplatte in einem Lötvorgang löten zu können, sind die der Leiterplatte zugewandten Anschlußfahnen der Steckkontakte in die Nähe der Vorderkante des als Stecksockel ausgeführten Trägers geführt und damit für das Lötbad erreichbar, wenn die Leiterplatte in ein Lötbad eintaucht. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen beschäftigen sich mit der Arretierung der Leiterplatte (1) gegenüber dem Träger (2) bzw. Sockel vor bzw. nach der Lötung. Dabei sitzt die Leiterplatte (1) mit Schlitzen (4 bis 7) auf den Lötfahnen (16) auf, die sich parallel zur Oberfläche (18) des Trägers (2) erstrecken. <IMAGE>
