Security (safety) barrier in which, in a trench (4) made in the ground in the doorway providing access to a building or part of a building, is housed a folded flexible skirt (7) which is connected in a sealed manner to the bottom and to the side walls of the trench (4) up to a predetermined height; in which barrier this skirt (7), in the folded state, is covered over by a hinged floorplate (5) which is positioned horizontally and conceals the trench; in which barrier this hinged floorplate (5) is actuated by a lifting system (9 to 15) operated by means of a control device which swings the plate into a vertical position; and in which barrier the top edge of the skirt is connected to a lifting device which is actuated at the same time as the plate (5) is swung into the vertical position. <IMAGE>

Barrage de sécurité, dans lequel, dans le sol du seuil d'accès d'un bâtiment ou partie d'un bâtiment est logée, dans une fosse (4), une jupe (7) souple repliée, reliée de manière étanche au fond et aux parois latérales de la fosse (4) jusqu'à une hauteur déterminée, dans lequel cette jupe (7), à l'état replié, est recouverte par une taque passerelle basculante (5) disposée horizontalement et masquant la fosse, dans lequel cette taque basculante (5) est actionnée par un système de levage (9 à 15) opéré au moyen d'un dispositif de commande pour la basculer en position verticale, et dans lequel l'arête supérieure de la jupe est reliée à un dispositif de levage actionné simultanément avec le basculement de la taque (5) en position verticale. <IMAGE>
