[origin: WO9220465A1] Microsphere beads (2) are mixed with a surface barrier liquid or mixture of such a liquid with a solid effective to prevent agglomeration and surface bonding of the microspheres. By the control of the application of heat and balancing temperature and active mixing, removal of water (3) from the microspheres (2) is achieved. The surface barrier liquid or mixture of such a liquid with a solid in the present invention is any one of a wide diversity of materials which prevent the agglomeration of the microspheres during the process. Suitable materials include plasticizers, diluents, extenders, monomers and oligomers, and the like.

Perles microsphériques (2) mélangées à un liquide à couche d'arrêt ou mélange d'un tel liquide à un solide empêchant efficacement l'agglomération et la liaison en surface des microsphères. Le procédé consiste à enlever l'eau (3) des microsphères (2) en contrôlant la chaleur, en équilibrant la température et en procédant à un mélange actif. Dans la présente invention, le liquide à couche d'arrêt ou mélange d'un tel liquide à un solide peut être n'importe quel liquide choisi dans une large gamme de matériaux qui empêchent l'agglomération des microsphères pendant le traitement. Les matériaux appropriés sont des plastifiants, des diluants, des extenseurs, des monomères, des oligomères, et analogue.
