[origin: EP0586719A1] A receptacle for cheque cards, credit cards or similar cards is proposed, which receptacle is preferably made as an integral plastic part. On the back (4), the receptacle has a holding tongue (17) which is part of the back (4) and is bounded by an opening (18) in the wall. A depression (16) in the back (4) of the receptacle leads to the free end (22) of the holding tongue (17). The holding tongue (17) can be bent slightly outwards in a resilient manner in order to be able to clamp a receipt, for example, on the back (4). <IMAGE>
